I’m always on the lookout for easy, natural ways to boost my gut health — and apple peel powder has become one of my secret weapons.

I first discovered apple peel powder while researching ways to support gut health. I even bought a store-bought organic version but quickly realised — I could easily make this at home!

After a big preserving session with my apples, I had plenty of peels left over. So, I popped them in the dehydrator until they were completely dry, then blitzed them in the food processor until they turned into a fine powder. Simple, natural, and no waste!
