This recipe makes approximately 12 pasties, depending on the size.
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, grated
1 large carrot, grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
350g Beef Mince
1/2 cup frozen peas and corn
2 tablespoons Woozy (Worcestershire) sauce
2 tablespoons dried or fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Homemade All Purpose Seasoning
1 Batch of homemade pastry or 6 sheets puff pastry
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 teaspoons sesame or poppy seeds for decoration
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Peel and grate the potatoes and carrot. Finely chop the onion.
3. In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, grated vegetables, peas and corn, Woozy sauce, parsley, salt, and all-purpose seasoning. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients evenly.
4. Cut the puff pastry sheets into your preferred shapes and sizes for the pasties.
5. Spoon some of the mixture into the centre of each pastry piece. Brush the edges of the pastry with a little beaten egg and seal the sides.
6. Place the sealed pasties onto a baking sheet. Brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds as desired.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the pasties are golden brown and the centre reaches 74°C.degrees C)
